Urgently required for a Leading Furniture and Fit out Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
· Preferably Diploma in Business Administration or equal degree/certificate.
· Purely having similar experience for 2 years in UAE.
· Very good knowledge of Fit out/Joinery Terminology.
· Must be having experience working same position previously
· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook
· Excellent Communications Skills both written (English and Arabic)
· Computer Literacy is Must
· Good knowledge of using office equipment like scanner, photocopier, Fax, printer etc
Other Requirements & Skills:
· Expertise in performing other clerical tasks, such as arranging letters, memorandums, invoices, collection and report preparation of sites progress data.
· Knowledge of Material submission and other project related documents according to established system.
· Pressure Handling
· Team work and Team management
· Excellent Analytical Skills
