Main responsibilities and skills include:
– Bi Lingual ( Arabic and English) is a must
-Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
-Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
-Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:

Telephone Skills
Verbal Communication
Customer Focus
Informing Others
Handles Pressure
Typing of HR and government related documents
University/college degree is an asset
Familiarity with phone systems
