Experience: 3 – 5 years
Visa: 18 Transferable Only (No Project Visa & 22 Visa)
Residing nearby Mahbula, Abu Halifa, Mangaf, Sabahiya or Fahaheel areas
Age Limit – 22 – 38 years
Nationality – Indian (Male / Female)
Role & Responsibilities
• Receiving & answering incoming calls, making outbound calls to other divisions & taking messages and handling correspondence. • Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, coordinating mail-shots. • Coordinating with people from other departments and acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients. • Preparing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning. • Preparing documents, like quotations, employment contracts and new hire guides. • Arranging travels and meeting rooms for the manager, training and supervising junior staff. • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. • Maintain office supplies for the department. • Organize and maintain personnel records. • Update internal databases (e.g., record sick, vacation leave or maternity leave).
